The idea began with Noel. In summer 2025 he set out to understand what AI-powered workflows could actually do for a business — and has been studying the field every day since. With a Swiss commercial background (Kaufmann EFZ), he reads the operational side of a company the way an engineer reads a blueprint. He is the one who moves first, who turns a question into a meeting, a meeting into a prototype, a prototype into a practice.
In autumn 2025 Noel showed Urim what he had been building. The conversation made sense quickly — Urim's background in IT gave him the vocabulary, and the questions, that the work demanded. He joined as Co-Founder soon after. Where Noel acts, Urim weighs: which problems are worth solving with AI, which are not, and how a system should behave before it earns a place inside a client's business.
